Lusatêxtil ships safely and quickly throughout Europe. Orders are shipped within 1 to 10 business days , depending on stock availability. For customized items, the delivery time will be specified at the time of purchase, and returns are not accepted.

Delivery times (after dispatch):

• Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch
• Islands (Azores and Madeira): 7 to 8 business days (sea transport)
• Spain (Peninsula): 2 to 4 business days
• Balearic Islands: 8 to 10 business days
• Other European countries: 2 to 4 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping costs:

• Mainland Portugal: free shipping on orders over €80
• Portugal Islands: free shipping for orders over €300 (up to 10kg)
• Mainland Spain: free shipping for orders over €300 (up to 10kg)
• Other destinations: shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout

The customer receives a tracking code via email once the order is shipped. It's important to ensure the address information is correct and that someone will be available to receive the order.

In the event of a return due to lack of receipt or cancellation after shipping, the customer will be refunded, less shipping costs.
