Lusatêxtil ships throughout Europe and other countries, ensuring your products arrive safely and quickly.
Orders are shipped within 1 to 10 business days, depending on stock availability.
Customized items have different shipping times and are notified at the time of purchase. These products are made to order; therefore, returns are not accepted.
At checkout, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated and included in the order total, providing transparency and no surprises.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
At Lusatêxtil, we guarantee a safe and efficient delivery process to Portugal, Spain, and several European countries. Below are all applicable conditions:
Mainland Portugal
Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days after shipping.
Shipping costs: Free for orders over €100; for lower-value orders, a fee calculated at checkout based on the order's weight and destination applies.
Deliveries: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding holidays.
Islands (Azores and Madeira)
Delivery time: 7 to 8 business days after shipping (sea freight).
Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination.
Spain (Peninsula)
Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days after shipping.
Shipping costs: Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination.
Spain (Balearic Islands)
Delivery time: 8 to 10 business days after shipping.
Shipping costs: Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination.
Europe (Other countries)
Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days after shipping, depending on the destination country.
Shipping fees: Automatically calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination.
Note: Any customs fees or taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Important Information
The customer will be notified by email with the tracking code once the order has been shipped.
It is essential to ensure that the address information is correct and that someone will be available to receive the order.
Returns Due to Non-Receipt or Cancellation After Shipping
If the order is returned to Lusatêxtil because it was not received at the delivery location or because it was canceled after shipping, the customer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
