Objectives, activities and expected results
This project aims to improve LUSATÊXTIL's online presence through an optimized presence in different e-commerce channels, in order to increase its international visibility, capture more customers and markets, be more efficient in its relationship with them and, thus, boost the volume of international online sales.
Strategic Objectives (SO):
- Perform actions related to developing strategies and implementing customer relationship management (CRM) more efficiently; Copywriting and content design for social media; Google search engine optimization (SEO); Creation and analysis of e-commerce campaign results (own brand and competitors);
- Make the collection, processing and valorization of data generated from customer browsing and interaction in a digital environment more efficient (Business Intelligence and Web Analytics);
- Increase visibility and attract more sales through presence in Marketplaces;
- Optimize the current e-commerce platform by implementing Campaign Management and Customer Relationship Management;
- Attract more sales by improving the presence and ranking of e-commerce sites in search engine results using keywords relevant to the awareness and traffic of each site;
- Capture the attention and attract target customers to offers marketed by the company on social networks;
- Improve interaction and ease of purchase through Mobile Marketing.
