Secure Payment Methods – Step by Step

PayPal and Credit Card

Pay securely using your PayPal account or credit card.

1. At the time of purchase, choose the PayPal option.

2. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal platform where you can pay securely using your PayPal balance, credit card, or account.

3. Log in to your PayPal account or pay as a guest.

4. If you choose the credit card payment option, always indicate the card number, its expiration date and the last 3 digits found on the back of your card.
Your order and card details will be sent, duly encrypted, to the administrator on the date of your order.

5. Confirm payment.

6. You will receive immediate confirmation of payment and we will ship your order.

PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information secure. Additionally, when you send a payment through PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information, such as your credit card or bank account number.

Multibanco Reference

1. After purchasing, you will receive a Multibanco reference in your email with the entity, reference and amount.

2. Go to any ATM or access home banking.

3. Select the “Payment for Services” option.

4. Enter the entity, reference and value exactly as sent.

5. Confirm payment.

6. The system automatically updates and confirms your order, there is no need to send proof.

IMPORTANT: Always keep your email details up to date.

MBway

1. At the time of purchase, indicate that you wish to pay via MB WAY.

2. Send us your cell phone number linked to your MB WAY account.

3. You will receive a notification in the MB WAY app with the purchase amount.

4. Confirm payment in the app.

5. You will receive automatic confirmation and we will follow up on your order.

6. The system automatically updates and confirms your order, there is no need to send proof.

Bank transfer

1. After placing your order, we send you your bank details (IBAN).

2. Access your home banking app or go to an ATM.

3. Choose the “Transfer” option and enter the data provided.

4.Indicate the total purchase amount.

5. Complete the transfer.

6. After receiving proof of payment and confirmation of your payment, your order will be confirmed and shipped.

Cash on delivery

1. Choose the “Pay on Delivery” option when ordering.

2. When paying by Cash on Delivery, CTT Expresso applies an extra fee of €3.50, which will be automatically added to the total amount of your order.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

At checkout, select the Apple Pay or Google Pay option.
You will be redirected to the corresponding secure payment platform, where you can confirm the purchase with a simple tap or through biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint).
Payment is processed automatically using the card details already saved in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet account – you don't need to manually enter your card information.
Your bank details are never shared with the store. Only an encrypted payment authorization is transmitted, ensuring maximum security.
After confirmation, you will receive immediate payment validation and we will proceed with your order.
