Returns

Due to customer cancellation:

- The customer has a maximum of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to express the intention to return or exchange the product(s);

- LUSATÊXTIL will only refund the value of the returned products, excluding the shipping costs already paid;

- If the amount to be refunded reduces the minimum amount for shipping the order without shipping costs (see Shipping Orders), LUSATÊXTIL may deduct the shipping costs (see Shipping Orders) from the amount to be refunded;

- If the period of time exceeds 14 days from the receipt of the order, LUSATÊXTIL reserves the right not to refund the amount paid.

Due to possible manufacturing defect:

- Upon verification of a possible manufacturing defect, LUSATÊXTIL will cover all the expenses and will ensure the replacement of the goods within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods;

- In case of tampering or bad faith, LUSATÊXTIL reserves the right not to refund or exchange the goods and will return the product(s) to the customer as received.

Returns by cash on delivery are not accepted.
